reported syrian troops captured another aleppo neighborhood. intense fighting was roverted over the weekend. the rapid advance follows weeks of russian and syrian air strikes. a bomb was discovered today just yards -- police detonated the bomb. they called an improvised explosive ce injured. one man was killed when two men opened fire in new orleans crowded french quarter. nine others were wounded. police are searching for the suspects. officials say none of the victims were targeted and the trouble began with an argument. >> they were not from new orleans but we will find them and we will go to the ends of the earth to make sure we bring them to justice. >> reporter: the suspects ran from the scene. two women and eight men were
